Caring for Your Flowers

Here’s how to keep them at their best.

Whether you’ve received your flowers as a thoughtful gift or chosen them for yourself, thank you for scanning the QR code. These flowers have been carefully designed and arrive pre-conditioned in water, ready to be enjoyed.

To help your florals stay fresh and look beautiful for as long as possible, follow these simple steps:

1. Refresh the Water
Change the water every 1–2 days to keep it clean and bacteria-free. Rinse the vase thoroughly before refilling with fresh, room-temperature water.

2. Trim the Stems
With each water change, trim about 1–2 cm from the base of each stem at a sharp angle; this will allow the flowers to absorb water more efficiently. Also, remember to ensure that no leaves are left below the waterline, as this will cause bacteria to grow and shorten your flowers life.

3. Keep Them Cool
Place your bouquet in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, radiators, or drafts.

4. Remove Any Wilting Flowers
As individual blooms begin to fade, remove them and/or fallen leaves from the water to keep the rest of the arrangement fresh and tidy. Depending on the flowers in your arrangement some will naturally wilt at different times to others.

About Your Flowers

Your arrangement includes a seasonal mix of flowers that will feature carefully selected blooms. Some flowers may arrive in bud and will open fully over the coming days.

An important note on hydrangeas: they are particularly thirsty flowers which are prone to dehydration. If they begin to wilt try submerging the entire head in water for 30–60 minutes to revive them.
