We’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times on Friday 13th February and Valentine’s Day, Saturday 14th February. Deliveries will take place between 08:00 and 20:00 on both days.

For deliveries on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th February, no changes can be made to an order if the request is received after 00:01 on 11th February. This includes, but is not limited to, the delivery address, card message, or flower selection.

This policy also applies to any orders placed after 00:01 on 11th February for delivery on Friday 13th or Saturday 14th February.

Where an amendment cannot be accommodated due to operational reasons, a full refund will be issued.

Please note: if the recipient is not available at the delivery address provided, the order will be returned to us. Redelivery will be arranged for the following day, subject to agreement with the sender, and an additional delivery charge will apply.
